yeah--if you STILL have that sore throat--you NEED to see someone (if it lasts more than 2 days you should have it taken care of).
I had a music minor--woodwinds were my area, but I also play piano, hand bells (and I owned an accordion--but my brother took it).....so basically we had most of the band covered (his brother was the percussionist)....my sister played sax and french horn (yeah strange combo--but after buying the sax the dumb band director needed someone to play french horn, and having the best musical ability --as well as too many saxophones--my sister was chosen to move to a different instrument, causing my mother to say a few words about having just bought a different instrument

)

my last instrument was contra-bass clarinet. was fun to learn, good to play and a royal pain to drag around.

I never go get checked out for just a sore throat, myself, but that's because my allergies cause me to get minor sore throats that last for a while. I know that for me it's no big deal.

If you've had one that long, though, and you don't have a situation like I do, then you should go get it looked at.

I learned to play violin in school...only instrument I can play. I have perfect pitch but otherwise I'm not terribly musically inclined. I do kind of want to pick it up and start playing again, though.

I think it is just from allergies or something. It is going away today. Hasn't been near as bad and feels alright atm. So I think I'll be okay. My mom was a bit worried on Sunday though.

I have hay fever so I get nasal drips and all that fun stuff sometimes. Pollen is high atm so I'm not surprised.

playing any instrument is good (though I dated the bass drum player for a while--couldnt really care a tune, but had great rhythm---and not that

)....most of my family has pretty good musical talent (though i am told I sing off key).

no food talk in a few days...hm....oh well, we had leftovers for dinner....back to training!

Music? Any kind of ridiculous kind 20th century serialism works for me, so I CAN sing off-key. At the moment, though, I'm really digging into Reggae (311, rebelution) , some New-Age Jazz (Hiromi, Trombone Shorty), and Polyphony (revisiting Eric Whitacre)...
Really, every kind of music works atm xD
Playing Trombone is my major... but for every non-school band I'm in, I have to play piano/keys... annoying >.>

And Eragon, when was the final book release date announced? o_O Despite the books' terrible-ness, I will read it for the sake of finishing the series...
